waste of water, beauty of concentrated thoughts

Showers are so interesting, don't you think? You go in, wash yourself, and most of the time just stand there thinking about random thoughts and clearing your mind. It's true; sometimes a person can get most of his/her frustrations and thoughts out in a long shower. I mean I certainly do. I think about what if one day, I became a frog or what if one day I could actually find the end of a rainbow. I think about graduation nearing, and I think about how messy my room is.

So today was just a very beautiful day overall. Waking up early and saving time everyday has its benefits, as does going to school late due to star testing week. The first thing I did today was catch up on the second latest Gossip Girl episode on cwtv.com. No, the first thing I did was eat a bowl of half cold/half warm cinnamon oatmeal. Then, I took the time to run through what I wanted to say for my show and tell presentation for English first period. I decided to bring Booska, my half iguana/half giraffe or half teddy bear/half giraffe figurine that Jennifer let me watch over. Booska is the cutest animal ever, and I bet you would want to purchase one yourself if you took one glance at it. One glance, and you would be begging to take it home.. because that is what I did.

The show and tell presentation was very meaningful because I got to really express my appreciation and feelings towards someone I truly value in my life (or in this case, Jennifer, my brother's girl). Thinking back, I used to love show and tells, perhaps because I just like making up stories on the spot sometimes when I forget what I have to say. I remember how I used to always forget to bring something to share for the show and tells in elementary school, so I would usually end up pulling out different patterned pencils and shaped erasers every time it was my turn, and fill my shared stories with bogus talk. In general, I actually just really enjoy talking a lot.

Today in the afternoon, Vincent and I went exercising and I got to catch up with him for a bit. At this time of the month, all we seniors like to do is talk about the school year memories, the school year ending, and graduation nearing-- or that is at least what I do the most nowadays.

Tonight, I must work on my budget project. I cannot wait to look for appetizing breakfast food pictures as my reward when I am done. Yes, I just made myself a sweet, sweet deal tonight.
