Oh man, I was just rocking out from watching the last bits of Coachella live on Youtube earlier.. so, so good.
I can't get Best Coast's songs out of my head. There's something to Bethany Cosentino, the leader singer's voice, and I can't exactly figure out what it is; but all I know is that her songs have this unique surfy, fun, happy, Beatles-like, Californian touch to them, and all of it kind of reminds me a little too much of some of my favorite songs from She & Him. I wonder if Bethany Cosentino is good friends with Zooey Deschanel.
