peace, quiet, and sleep
I've been in and out for the past few days because I seem to have caught a terrible fever on Tuesday morning, halfway on my supposed-to-be hiking adventure with Vincent. Instead of going up to Alum Rock with our adventurous spirit, I just remember calling Calvin to pick up Vincent and me by the sparkling library lake, getting some strawberries-wild drinks at Jamba Juice, going back to Cataldi Park to hang out at the swings for half an hour, and then heading straight home to sleep away my exhaustion, until today. From there, everything had become a blur, so I actually didn't even know what day today was up until right this minute. I thought I was still laying on top of a mattress floating in the middle of the ocean in San Diego when I woke up this morning. I blame all the different medicine capsules that caused all the intense drowsiness. Besides that, all I know is that season 2, disc 2 of Laguna Beach has been on replay so many times for the past few days to the point that I could practically recite the lines if you asked me to (but actually, please don't, save both of us the trouble). Call me lame, but I hold no shame in playing this old show in the background every time I get a break from school. At this rate, I decided to cancel project Band Camp because I don't think I would be able to hold two consecutive birthday parties two nights in a row without crashing. As for the Macabre Murder Mystery Night and the other pictures, I promise that I will give a full on explanation as soon as I feel up and alive again. Now if you will please excuse me, I must play 500 days of Summer in the background for the change and get back to fighting monkeys at the beach in my sleep.
