Seattle was a very much needed vacation indeed. It was nice to be out for awhile to explore new places and meet new people, but now it's time to go back to reality with the rest of the four months left of senior year. In a way, I feel like second semester has been giving off a really busy-bee schedule for me so far with MHS, NHS, CSF, Key, and Bloomers meetings and mandatory events to take care of all together week after week. Don't get me wrong, I love being able to lend a hand to a friend or a teacher the minute they are in need of help, but it gets really tiring to live up to the same continuous high expectations every time. It's hard to gracefully say no, because they are just people that I can hardly bare to reject. Hopefully things will move at a faster pace again and fall into place in the meantime. I just want to play in the snow, hang out with good friends, read amazing novels, and catch up on tv shows.
