I love, love, love bare looking tree branches.

The reason why I named Antonia's Sweet 17th birthday party Taco-dream Party is because it was totally my dream taco future birthday party, so I was just so excited from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. I remember doing a post about how I would want to celebrate my 18th birthday this year by having Christmas lights hung, tacos for dinner, and a small late night bonfire. It was just so crazy unexpected how Antonia managed to set up such a wonderful party, being perfectly the same way I imagined it the way I pictured my future party to be. She added a really fun and colorful twist to her birthday party by adding the glamorous masquerade and mardi gras theme. Tonight, she had a DJ hired, a pool table ready to be played, a neato-to-the-max taco cart, a delicious homemade strawberry flavored mask cake made by her amazing uncle, adorable family members over, fancy cupcake stands with light-colored cupcakes on them, fantastic and polite guests, and a beautiful cozy house to celebrate in! I had a really great time spending time with the Gohil twins, Joy, and Lin. We spent a great deal of time together just freezing in my favorite chilly weather, enjoying our tacos, and just living in the moment.

Now I am more eager than ever to jot down all of my bizarre ideas for my backyard 18th birthday party. In my backyard, I would like to hang paper cranes, owls, whales and other paper-made animals down the tree with silvery shiny ribbon, have sparkly glittery ornaments down on bare looking tree branches, tie helium balloons all along the rims of the fences, put up lots and lots of Christmas lights, have some eco-friendly objects around, hang up pretty shaped paper lanterns, play with lots of streamers inside and outside, and...well, so much more. I just love birthday parties a lot.
