black swan

I have always thought that ballerinas were exceptionally really pretty, and I still think so today. In the movie Black Swan, I was swept away by the tumultuous and chaotic journey that Nina, a very elegant and poised ballerina from New York City, gets taken through to become both the graceful White Swan and the cunning Black Swan. Trying to save her spot as the Swan Queen in the new production of  "Swan Lake," she tries to prevent her rival Lily, from stealing the role that she has practiced long days and nights for. But because she plays the White Swan role so gracefully and perfectly, she loses her balance when she is in search for the Black Swan role deviously with iniquity and pure wickedness. The audience can clearly see that Nina slowly pursues her darker side of the Black Swan, as she goes through a series of evil and dark intentions that she surely believes Lily is trying to provoke throughout the entire movie, when really, it's just her own insecurities of holding the stable and top role of the new production herself. This psychological thriller thrilled me psychologically for sure. It's a must-go-and-have-to-see movie for the break. Don't miss it.

Natalie Portman deserves an honest award for being a fantastic actress.
